Important DisclosureWe picture the vehicles to the best of our ability, if the description states that the vehicle starts it means it starts, but does not run and drive for whatever reason whether it be due to the collision damage or do to a flat tire. If we note it runs and drives it means the vehicle runs and lot drives. Please note that a vehicle that is damaged and says runs and drives, makes it able to be driven on a transport truck or trailer, we are not saying the vehicle is able to be driven on the road. It is illegal to drive a damaged vehicle on the road. We do not check performance of the vehicles. All our vehicles are damaged, if they are damaged in the front end we disclose front end damage, if it has damage on the top or both sides we will disclose all over damage. Please make sure you are certain of what you are buying before you buy it, we want our customers to know and see the damage before they buy the vehicle. What I recommend you, the customers, is to come inspect the vehicles so you can see what you are buying. If you choose not to, please make sure you are aware that all vehicles are sold as is where is with no possible warranty impressed or implied, no verbal agreement or representation will be binding. There are no refunds on any vehicle for any reason, deposits are not refundable what so ever either. Also if the vehicle is disclosed TMU is means true miles unknown, which can mean they didn’t have a key at the time of the claim or the miles are different then what the title reads. We list all these things so you the customers know exactly what you are buying.
